Knife Spray
A spray of flowers/foliage for an Autumn/Winter Wedding Cake Knife. Any edible medium can be used. ONLY stamens, thread, wire and floristy tape allowed.
Exhibit to be attached to a cake knife.

Small Cakes for a Celebration
Small individual cakes or cup cakes for a celebration.  No dummies permitted. The celebration must be clear to the judges. Minimum of 8 cakes (max 12). Exhibit to fit within a 10 inch (25 cm) sq.
