ND 2 Floral - Bridesmaid's Floral Bracelet
A bracelet consisting of a minimum of 3 main flowers. Filler flowers and foliage could be included. Any edible medium can be used. ONLY stamens, wire, floristry tape, thread and ribbon may be used. Presentation is of the competitor's choice. Exhibit to fit within a 7 inch (18cm) square.

ND 3 Knife Spray
A spray of flowers and/or foliage for a spring wedding cake knife. Any edible medium can be used. ONLY stamens, thread. wire and floristry tape may be used. Exhibit to be attached to a knife.

ND 4 Fruit Cake

Open to anyone who had not won gold in this category. A round 8 inch (20 cm) fruit cake, (no marzipan or icing coating). Recipe to be the competitor's choice. A copy of the recipe must accompany the exhibit. Presented on a 10 inch (25 cm ) board with doily. The cake was cut, handled and tasted.
