ND A - Marzipan Model
A model of any subject to be made from marzipan. Moulds and internal edible supports may be used. Edible food colouring may be used for colouring marzipan and/or painting highlight. Small amounts of royal icing are acceptable. No artificial decoration, varnish, gel, glaze or whitener allowed. If exhibit is displayed on a board, ribbon may only be used to edge the board.
Exhibit to fit within a 10 inch (25cm) square.

ND B - Floral - Corsage
A corsage with a minimum of one main flower. Filler flowers and/or foliage can be included. Any edible medium can be used. Only stamens, wire, floristry tape, thread allowed. Presentation is of the competitors choice within the space allowed.
Exhibit to fit within 8 inch (20 cm) square.

ND C - Cup Cakes for a Man
Decorated homemade cup cakes, no dummies permitted. 1 cake will be tasted as eating quality and flavour is part of the judging criteria. Minimum of 8 max 12. No artificial decoration allowed except for cases. If exhibit is displayed on a board, ribbon may only be used to edge the board.
Exhibit to fit within 10 inch (25 cm) square.

ND D - Pastillage Card with Floral Arrangement
A floral arrangement set within a pastillage card, all other decoration to be of an edible medium. Only stamens, wire, floristry tape, thread and ribbon allowed.
To be displayed on a 9 inch (23 cm) board.
