 OD D - Fruit Cake
A round 8 inch (20 cm) fruit cake, (no marzipan or icing coating). Recipe to be the competitors' choice. A copy of the recipe must accompany the exhibit. The cake will be cut, handled and tasted. Presented on a 10 inch (25cm) board with doily.

OD E - Royal Iced Exhibit - Example of a Cake Top

A cake drum/board coated in royal icing. All decoration to be in royal icing. The cake top can depict any celebration. If no inscription is used the celebration must be clear to the judges. No artificial decoration allowed except tulle. Ribbon may only be used to edge the board. Exhibit to fit within an 8 inch (20 cm) square.
