BRANCH PROJECTS

A display table to include all levels of members work, in a range of edible mediums.
The theme is: "Countries Around The World."
Three or more countries must be represented within the project.
It must also contain the five set elements as set out below.

Each element will earn a maximum of 10 marks, making up a potential total of 50% of the marks allocated. The branch will select the five items to be judged and must display the approporiate stickers which must be clearly visible to the judges.

The 5 stickers will be provided on the day with an explanation of what they relate to and where they must be fixed. The Five elements must not have been exhibited at any previous exhibition. this includes non BSG exhibitions.

The five set elements are:

1. Sugarpaste or Royal Iced Cake     2. A Floral Exhibit     3. A Model

4. A Plaque         5. A Miniature

The remaining 50% will be allocated for the, supporting pieces of work, overall display, including originality and creativity of all members work.

The miniature should fit within a 6inch (15cm) cube, including the base or stand.

The table size is approx 6ft X 2ft 3" table hieght 28" (to be confirmed)
Maximum back board height 29 Inches.
Rear of back board should be covered with material.
