OD A - Chocolate Celebration Cake
A two tiered cake or dummy coated in any chocolate medium. If no inscription is used the celebration must be clear to the judges. All decorations to be made from any chocolate medium. No artificial decoration allowed other than ribbon.
Exhibit to fit within a 16 inch (41 cm) square.

OD B - Pastillage Shoes
A pair of shoes to be made in pastillage, all other decorations to be of an edible medium. Cutters and moulds allowed. Only wires, floristry tape, feathers, stamens, thread and tulle may be used. If exhibit is displayed on a board, ribbon may only be used on the edge of the board.
Exhibit to fit within a 9 inch (23 cm) square.

OD C - Knife Spray
A spray of flowers and/or foliage for a spring wedding cake knife. Any edible medium can be used. Only stamens, thread, wire and floristry tape may be used.
Exhibit to be attached to a cake knife.

OD D - Fruit Cake
A round 8 inch (20 cm) fruit cake, (no marzipan or icing coating). Recipe to be the competitors' choice. A copy of the recipe must accompany the exhibit. The cake will be cut, handled and tasted.
Presented on a 10 inch (25cm) board with doily.

OD E - Royal Iced Exhibit - Example of a Cake Top
A cake drum/board coated in royal icing. All decoration to be in royal icing. The cake top can depict any celebration. If no inscription is used the celebration must be clear to the judges. No artificial decoration allowed except tulle. Ribbon may only be used to edge the board.
Exhibit to fit within an 8 inch (20 cm) square.

OD F - Any other Edible Medium - Example of a Cake Top
A cake drum/board coated in any edible medium. The cake top can depict any celebration. If no inscription is used the celebration must be clear to the judges. No artificial decoration allowed, minimal use of royal icing. Ribbon may only be used to edge the board.
