OD 1 Celebration Cake
 A cake or dummy coated in royal icing or covered in sugarpaste with a celebration
 theme. An inscription is required to explain the celebration. ONLY edible paste, wires,
 floristry tape, stamens, and thread may be used.
 Exhibit to fit within a 12 inch (30cm) square.

 OD 2 Headdress
 A headdress of any style made in any edible medium. ONLY wires, floristry tape,
 feathers, stamens, thread, tulle and ribbon may be used. The Judges will be looking for
 creativity, artistic flair and skilful construction.
 Exhibit to fit within a 15 inch (38cm) square. No height limit.

 OD 3 Model
 A model of any subject to be made from any edible medium. Internal edible supports
 may be used. Moulds may be used. No artificial decoration allowed.
 Exhibit to fit within a 10 inch (25cm) square.

 OD 4 Example of a Cake Top.
 An 8 inch cake drum/board coated in royal icing or sugarpaste, to represent the
 surface of a cake. The cake top can depict any celebration. If no inscription is used
 the celebration must be clear to the judges. Artificial decoration allowed.
 Exhibit to fit within an 8 inch (20 cm) square.
