The exhibit is no bigger than an 8" however can this board be mounted onto a bigger board covered with fabric for presentation.

No the schedule states: "Exhibit to fit within an 8inch square".
If the exhibit is placed on a bigger board it will no longer fit into an 8 inch square and it will be disqualified.

Who can enter Novice Division?
|
A Novice is someone who has less than 12 months experience in the skill they are entering.
If you have more than 12 months experience in making flowers you should enter the Open Division Floral or the Public Division.
However if you have under 12 months experience of making a miniature you could enter that even though you may have had more than 12 month experience of other decorating techniques or you had won a Gold at the last exhibition for you Floral.
