Updated 6/3/11

Below are the top awards of 2009 and we look forward to seeing the next Regional winners. If you would like to volunteer to steward on the day contact the Stewarding Desk in the Competition Room. We have some new traders this year and lots of fabulous sugar art to see.

Hands on £5 and Demonstration tickets £3.50 and entry tickets £4.25 in advance (£5 on the door) will be available from the regional meeting on 26th March 2011. We have a NEW demonstration room with a large screen in what was the hands on room. Demonstration rooms and Hands on rooms are shown on the floorplan within the entry priogramme.

After 26th March the Hands on and demonstration subjects will be uploaded onto this page.

The children's hands on has been incresed this year to include 6 sessions during the day. These sessions are free and after the 26th one place per hild can be reserved prior to the day. This we hope will ensure more children can have a go, the remaining places will be shared out on the day.

KEEP YOUR EYES PEELED for more information.
